Upon receipt of your submitted request information form, Beach Weddings will submit, via email, a preliminary proposal detailing requested services and exact cost. If needed, We offer payment plans to further assist our bridal couples. The initial proposal will be sent for your review and may be initially revised. After, the proposals first revision, a $200, Retainer fee will be required to Reserve your date. This Retainer Fee is non Refundable for any reason. Approximately 15 days prior to your wedding, a final proposal will be forwarded and the balance will then be due and payable. Neither wedding date nor vendors will be confirmed prior to receipt of the retainer fee. We gladly accept personal checks (within (2) two weeks of wedding date,) Travelers checks, Money Orders, Certified Funds, Visa or Master Card. or use this Pay Pal link. Due to the extensive amount of preparation involved in wedding planning, any and all funds received will be forfeited if wedding is canceled for "any reason within" fifteen (15) days of wedding date. If wedding is canceled "prior to" 15 days before the wedding date, any and all deposits paid out by BEACH WEDDINGS, INC.. to assure availability, coordination fees to date, the $200. Non Refundable Retainer Fee, any and all expenses to date, will be deducted, prior to the refund. Changes to the wedding design may only be made up to two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date. Prices may vary according to location and date of event (Holidays).
